Growing up, you might have been told not to play with matchsticks, but apparently reader Jonathan Gogel wasn’t listening to that advice. Today’s fade is a pair of Levi’s Matchstick jeans that have covered a lot of terrain all over New York City, Boston, and San Francisco.
Gogel has worn them hiking, skateboarding, and in sweltering 100 degree weather over the past five years. In that time he’s sent them off to both Self Edge and Railcar Fine Goods for repairs. He’s even reinforced the whiskers!
