after-patchThe last time you saw a pair of this Kamikaze Attack x Naked & Famous contest denim was in our of our posts from last December, where we showed a month of wear. Recently, Naked & Famous posted the contest winners, with the grand prize winner, Dane, getting a custom pair.

Though many are no stranger to Montreal, Canada’s Naked & Famous, some may be more unfamiliar with Kamikaze Attack. Based out of Kojima, Japan, they’re a fairly new brand that was founded by a former employee, Kanazawa san, of a tattoo shop that also sold clothes and denim. Much of their creative inspiration is rooted in motorcycle culture and all of their denim is crafted out of a small workshop on vintage machinery.

The fades on Dane’s winning pair are pretty thorough and make it clear that he put them through quite the beating in just 6 months.  Aside from the massive crotch blowout, the pictures also show off some of his own handywork in the repairs he made to the back pocket and leather patch.
